Expressing the character of each Estate guides our work in winemaking, so naturally we were drawn to Dandelion Chocolate, the small-batch San Francisco maker whose single-origin approach reveals place. Together, we’ve created a limited-edition bonbon collection inspired by our three Napa Valley Estates—Moonracer, Houyi, and Farella.

Each chocolate tells the story of its origin. Houyi, perched high on Pritchard Hill, inspired a bonbon of Colombian chocolate layered with lavender, coffee, and hazelnut—a reflection of the site’s rugged terrain and intensity. Moonracer, our Stags Leap District estate, finds expression in Madagascar chocolate with cherry pâte de fruit and acorn praline, a nod to its wild beauty and the oaks that frame the vineyard. And Farella, rooted in the cool, forested hills of Coombsville, is translated through Ecuadorian chocolate with porcini ganache and candied chestnut—earthy, refined, and quietly powerful.

Produced in limited quantities, this collaboration invites you to experience Realm’s Estates through another lens of craft—expressed in the language of chocolate.

Moonracer - 70% chocolate (cocoa beans from Ambanja, Madagascar, organic cane sugar), acorn powder, organic cane sugar, Morello-cherry purée, glucose syrup, apple pectin, citric acid. Farella - 70% chocolate (cocoa beans from Camino Verde, Ecuador, organic cane sugar), candied chestnuts (chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, vanilla), organic heavy cream, glucose syrup, invert sugar, dried porcini mushrooms.
