Fidelio at The Met

When we discovered Fidelio would be playing at The Met during our time in the city, we knew we had to create an experience for our members. Fidelio—Ludwig van Beethoven’s only opera—first premiered in 1805. Over two centuries later, we find ourselves celebrating its timeless power with our own version of Fidelio, a Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Farella Vineyard.

As admirers of the arts, we’ve organized an elegant evening that begins with a private dinner at The Grand Tier Restaurant, hosted by Scott Becker. To complement the contemporary American cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Richard Diamonte, we’ll offer bottles of our Fidelio Sauvignon Blanc, along with other gems from our cellar. After dinner, we’ll move to our Grand Tier-level seats to immerse ourselves in Beethoven’s masterpiece. During intermission, wine will be flowing for guests to continue enjoying the full experience.
